This very service is a bit alike the on-road assistance which we get for our cars except for the fact that spare parts will also be delivered at your door step.
This door step service solution known as Mahindra Mobile Seva is solely dedicated to commercial vehicles including three wheelers and others. Initially it has been introduced in the following southern states:-
- Andhra Pradesh
- Tamil Nadu
- Kerala and
- Karnataka
The company plans to expand this service across the whole country in phases which needs a couple of months.
30 Mahindra vans have been deployed in the Southern states for this Seva and will be operated by the nearby authorized dealers. Most importantly they deliver the needed parts to your place which saves your time and effort and these vehicles will follow their defined routes everyday so as to ensure a reliable support from the company.
